  • Rates on this site are subject to change without notice.
  • Rates include taxes, service, breakfast, Internet use, and heating/air-conditioning.
  • Rooms are guaranteed for check-in by 2 pm; checkout time is 10:30 am. We cannot offer an early check-in unless you reserve the night prior to your arrival.
  • Sorry, no pets.
  • Children over 2 will be considered as adults in terms of room rates and occupancy, and will be provided their own bed.
  • Reservation procedure: We require your credit card details in writing at the time of booking. Once you provide this information, a non-refundable deposit will be charged (for all reservations more than one month in advance.) The deposit will is 25-30% of the stay and depend on the length of stay.
  • CANCELLATION/CHANGE POLICY:
    • Cancellations made more than 15 days before arrival: no charge (other than the already paid non-refundable deposit.)
    • Cancellations made 0-15 days before arrival, or no-show: FULL STAY CHARGED.
    • Changes to reservation more than 15 days before arrival, including changing dates of stay, shortening stay, and changing number of people may result in new availability, i.e. you may be offered a different room type or location, at a different rate, subject to availability and management's discretion. Any such changes must meet minimum-night stay requirements.
    • Changes 0-15 days before arrival, including during your stay, involving changing dates of stay, shortening stay, and reducing number of people: FULL STAY CHARGED.
    • These policies are exclusive of the non-refundable deposit required at the time of booking, which, once paid, will not be reimbursed, credited or transferred.
    • Cancellation charges/fees are not applicable towards future reservations.
    • All cancellations must be in writing. The date of cancellation is the date in which we receive your written communication to us.
    • ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS TO THESE POLICIES. We suggest you purchase travel insurance.
  • By providing us with your credit card details, we consider that you have agreed to pay the deposit and to our terms and conditions.
  • Some restrictions may apply during peak seasons, special events and holidays.
  • Different guarantee and cancellation policies may apply for bookings of long stays, stays over holiday periods and bookings of groups/multiple rooms.
  • Once we have received your information, we will send an e-mail or fax confirming your reservation, usually within 24 hours.
